Meet Angelique Wilson
Angelique Wilson is an LPN/LVN with a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license, senior-living clinical leader, and Founder of OpsWell Senior Living Advisors. Her multistate license supports practice under compact privileges in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas. She brings more than eight years of experience across assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, behavioral health, and emergency care. As a Wellness Director, she has led clinical operations, regulatory readiness, staff education, policy development, resident safety, quality improvement, and family communication.
Angelique is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Assisted Living Manager, and a member of the Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA). She is pursuing her RN. Her professional development also includes legal nurse consulting education; advanced legal nurse certification remains a future goal.
Through OpsWell, she helps communities identify operational gaps, strengthen care systems, develop leaders, and implement measurable solutions that work in real-world senior living environments.
