Meet Angelique Wilson
Angelique Wilson is a Licensed Vocational Nurse, senior-living clinical leader, and Founder of OpsWell Senior Living Advisors with more than eight years of progressive experience across assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, behavioral health, and emergency care. As a Wellness Director, she brings practical expertise in clinical operations, regulatory readiness, staff education, policy development, resident safety, individualized care, quality improvement, accountability, and family communication.
Angelique is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Assisted Living Manager, and a member of the Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA). She is currently pursuing her RN to continue expanding her clinical knowledge and expertise.
Through OpsWell, she helps communities identify operational gaps, strengthen care systems, develop leaders, and implement measurable solutions that work in real-world senior living environments.
